When will I receive my security deposit back

We will process the return of your security deposit back into the account it was paid from, within 10 working days after drop off. This allows us to do a thorough inspection of the condition of the vehicle upon its return to determine if any deductions from the deposit are required. Please be aware that once processing has began, it can take 3-5 days before you see the amount in your account.

If any, how will deductions from my deposit be calculated?

If there is any damage or loss of equipment found upon this inspection, we will inform you via email (within 10 working days) of the details and amount to be deducted from your deposit before returning the remainder of your deposit. If there is no deductions required, we will simply refund your full deposit amount via bank transfer to the bank account in which it was received from.

When and how can I pay?

Upon booking online we require full payment of the hire fee. This can be paid via card or paypal and the account must be in the same name as the hirer.

A security deposit is required to cover the excess in the instance of any accident or damage to the vehicle and its content during the hire period. This must be paid via BACS/ Bank transfer from a bank account in the hirers name, 4 days before pickup.
